The first member of the Law Society to respond to a request to justify their decision by providing a legal basis for their decision to allow my bankruptcy was Ken Johnston., which is not surprising given the close association between Mr Johnston and Roger Chapman in several mediation organizations.
Kenneth Johnston is the Chairman of a goverment approved organisation to resolve financial disputes and one would imagine that he should be able to provide an answer to a challenge of his own integrity. http://www.fscl.org.nz/
